I’m here to walk alongside you through those struggles. I’m a licensed professional counselor associate with several years of experience supporting teens, adults, and families through difficult seasons. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and completely tailored to you.

We’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on, explore what’s getting in the way, and build tools that actually help in your day-to-day life.
